We’ll ask several questions and discuss the details of your project to determine how we can help you effectively.
From there, we begin by looking at our current employees to see if someone qualified will be coming off a project that we can transition. If not, our next steps include searching our always expanding internal database of past employees, candidates, and applicants we’ve worked with previously.
Next, we move on to the resume databases of those we’ve partnered with while posting the position to their job boards. (Dice, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
Once a potentially qualified candidate is identified, we will pre-screen them to verify skills, experience, and history, as well as begin compensation discussions.
Once a candidate passes this step, we prepare their resume and submit to our you with an anticipated all-inclusive bill rate.
You take it from here and complete your internal review and decide if you’d like to invite the candidate to a phone screen or in-person interview.
If a candidate is selected, we finalize negotiations and begin the contract onboarding process.
We do our best to thoroughly screen all the identified candidates and applicants and present only the most qualified resources. In most cases we’ll submit 3 resumes or less to you. In some circumstances with a very strong candidate pool, we may submit up to 5.
Yes. At a minimum, all potential Summit employees must complete a 10-panel drug screen and a thorough background investigation. Summit participates in E-Verify. Summit will fulfill any level or degree of drug screens and investigations requested by our clients.
Yes. All employees must sign a standard corporate NDA as well as any NDA’s required by our clients.
We are able to do business anywhere in the United States.
All bill rates vary by position type, location, duration, nature of contract, market conditions and many more factors. Our bill rates are all-inclusive for billable hours worked. Almost all positions we support fall under exempt status by FLSA guidelines and hours over 40 per week would be billed at the same rate. For the positions that are non-exempt, Summit bills at 1.35X for OT, and 1.7X for DT.
