Direct Hire

If your organization’s goals require a full-time, salaried, technical professional for engineering, management, or coordination, our engineering staffing professionals have access to countless candidates nationwide. We search millions of the top active and passive candidates to deliver qualified professionals directly to you.

If you have a requirement, the first thing to do is get in touch with us.  You can do this by clicking here.

We’ll ask several questions and discuss the details of your project to determine how we can help you effectively.

From there, we begin by looking at our current employees to see if someone qualified will be coming off a project that we can transition.  If not, our next steps include searching our always expanding internal database of past employees, candidates, and applicants we’ve worked with previously.

Next, we move on to the resume databases of those we’ve partnered with while posting the position to their job boards.  (Dice, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)

Once a potentially qualified candidate is identified, we will pre-screen them to verify skills, experience, and history, as well as begin compensation discussions.

Once a candidate passes this step, we prepare their resume and submit to our you with an anticipated all-inclusive bill rate.

You take it from here and complete your internal review and decide if you’d like to invite the candidate to a phone screen or in-person interview.

If a candidate is selected, we finalize negotiations and begin the contract onboarding process.

We do our best to thoroughly screen all the identified candidates and applicants and present only the most qualified resources.  In most cases we’ll submit 3 resumes or less to you. In some circumstances with a very strong candidate pool, we may submit up to 5.
